Hi! I'm Sneha, and I am a nutritionist & a yoga instructor (RYT200). I have a master's degree in food science and nutrition. Worked as guest lecturer at a Nursing college in Secunderabad. Skilled free lancer & visiting faculty at clinics in Bangalore.
Certified in Diabetic & Renal nutrition from Medvarsity. And a homemaker, a mother, and part of a large family, I have had the rare opportunity to cater for myself, and the needs of my family using my knowledge about food, and my passion for cooking for family & creating gripping meal guide for the clients. This website is, in all respect, a product of years of experimentation. I am keen on passing my knowledge about creating food that is balanced, and healthy.
My philosophy is to go back to traditional, locally sourced food, but with a twist of incorporating some of the more common western elements.
I am not going to impose a diet that is foreign or uncomfortable for you .With my meal plan, you will eat food that is familiar, balanced, and nutrition rich in right portions. This will ensure that you build a habit that you love, and is sustainable.
